Established in 1989 by current Chairman and CEO: John W. Cannon, P. Eng., CanXsys has grown consistently by offering our customers our unique approach to Customer Service, as exemplified in our Mission Statement.

We will strive to establish long-term professional relationships with all customers, and will forego short-term profit motives and will over-support our customers to earn the trust and respect upon which such relationships must be based.

Customer Service is CanXsys's Mission. When a customer is in urgent need of support and any doubt is expessed as to cost or responsibility, we will provide needed services and support first and without question. Afterwards, we may discuss contentious issues and resolve misunderstandings at an appropriate time. No problem or concern is too small not to be taken seriously, and all CanXsys staff will be prepared to communicate effectively and with respect to non-technical customer staff.
